L'oréal magic smooth soufflé: Product Review
I've basically only reviewed high-end makeup products thus far, but, I also love my everyday drug store makeup. When I was younger before I knew about the YSL foundations, Estee Lauder eye palettes and Anastasia highlighters my entire makeup collection came from the drug store.
To date there are still a few drug store products that I can't live without, which I have restocked and it has remained part of my makeup collection over the years. One of these products is L'oréal's Magic Smooth Soufflé.
This product was definitely love at first application and it's drug store makeup, so it's inexpensive. I purchased the product for $49.50 TTD at my local pharmacy and I haven't regretted it since. The product has been discontinued on L'oreal online, however it can still be purchased on Amazon.
Unlike most drug store makeup products this one is very heavy and the product comes packaged in a sleek glass bottle with a pink cover. The product basically comes in similar packaging as your boujee foundations, which is definitely a plus.
Because I'm a brown girl, more of a deep tan complexion I went ahead and get the shade 532 Classic Tan. The product is a light weight, full coverage foundation that minimizes pores and find lines to create a silky, flawless even toned complexion.
Disclaimer: These pictures aren't edited. There's no filter.
As you can see in the picture on the left the product when swatched is very thick which makes it ideal for full coverage. The picture on the right show the product after I blended it in.
As you can see in the picture, the product basically melts into my skin, the consistency feels like a luxurious créme that blends seamlessly into your skin, to create a completely natural finish. My skin basically looks airbrushed in the picture above.
So there you have it the drugstore has really good products as well. I strongly recommend you head over to Amazon and purchase this product.
