M.A.C 2 in 1 Eyeliner & Mascara: Product Review

CHECKMATE!!!

I've never been a fan of M.A.C cosmetics because (in my opinion) they've always seemed overrated. I think I just rather spend my money on better quality products. Additionally, a makeup artist used their products on me a while ago and my allergies raised. 

Despite this, recently I got the M.A.C 2 in 1 eyeliner & Mascara, and I decided to give it a fair chance once more regardless off past interactions. 

The product cost $350TTD and it consist of a 10g Extra Length Mascara and a 6g Liquid Eyeliner. Generally, the cost is really good, because my Better Than Sex mascara cost $250 TDD. So I'd say is definitely value for your money. Which I liked. 

Firstly, I tried the eyeliner, and I LOVED it!!! It has a super tiny nib which is 0.01mm, which helped me placed my eyeliner so precisely. It was super black and pigment, and the nib made following my wing eyeliner steps really simple. So this is definitely added to my favorites list of products. 

However, I would have to do some research to see if M.A.C sells the eyeliner separate. This brings me to my experience with the mascara. 

The mascara is suppose to stimulate the lashes, and add on length so there wouldn't be a need for falsies. But, this was the biggest FAIL ever. I applied the first coat and my lashes did look darker but there wasn't any length or fullness. I still gave it the benefit of the doubt and I applied a second coat. And the results didn't really make a difference, it was like makeup I played in as a teen. So I applied my Better Than Sex mascara got my 1949% Volume and called it a day.

Generally, I won't recommend you spend $350 for this product, because it isn't worth it. The liner is exceptional, but i'm almost certain there are dupes for less. But spending $350 and the mascara is pointless doesn't really make any sense.
